I have a friend... we'll call her Miss Elder. She radiates patience and giggles, and I love her! Being my very first human photography subject, she was "subjected" to "ok-that's great-wait, no, not quite-yes, ok-got it!" for a couple hours before the sun went down and it was time to get some fro yo. What I learned in a nutshell: putting a camera in your hands does not equal being a pro photographer. It takes multi-tasking skills up the wazoo to be able to creatively compose a shot that does not look contrived AND with anything that we love and want to become skilled at, practice is crucial. I am thankful for my friend's encouragement and look forward to our next fro yo date. Insert smiley face.
Love you! You did a great job! :)
